Before you can make a purchase, you need to be a registered member. This will take less than 5mins. On the right top corner on the home page, Click on Register. Fill in your details, then, click ‘Register’ to complete the form. You will immediately be sent a unique registration code via email. You will need this to login for the first time.

Step by Step Guide

1. If you know the card that you would like to purchase, just click on the card name on the left hand side of the page OR select the country that you would like to call in the search calculator and click on a card name from those presented. Additionally, you can also click the card that you can see in our Phone Card Highlights OR on our Best Rates on the right hand side of the page.
   
   
   
2. Select the denomination of the card you want to buy and click ‘Buy Now’ to add the card to your shopping basket. Within the shopping basket you may select how many of that card that you wish to purchase. You can add or delete the cards in your shopping basket at anytime.
   
   
   
3. You can now either go back to the home page to search for more rates or select another brand of card and add the card to your shopping basket as per steps 1 and 2.
   
   
   
4. You can see what items you have in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on 'Shopping Basket' in the menu at the top of the page. If you are happy with the items in your basket, you can now click on ‘Checkout’
   
   
   
5. If you are an existing account member with us and have not logged in, please login by entering your username and password on the top right hand side of the page. If you are a new customer you need to sign up with us as an account member. Click on ‘Register’ on the top right hand side of the page. Please fill the form and click 'Register'. This should only take you 5 mins!
   
   
   
6. Enter your credit card details. Click 'Pay Now' to complete the order.
   
   
   
7. Once Westpac confirms the transaction (will take no more than 20 secs), we will email your new card details to your email address that you have selected in your account membership.
   

To protect against credit card fraud, a credit limit of $30 applies for your first transaction. This limit is enforced for the period of 1 week after date of first purchase.

Subsequent orders can be up to $100 per week thereafter. If you require a higher limit, please contact Telephone Cards Australia Pty Ltd for arrangement.
